How do political parties in the region better build loyalty among young voters?

Im all for the youth. I love the youth, but they're young and they don't yet understand how the world works. I think that politics shouldnt entirely be for the older generation, but it would be irresponsible to let them govern. Leadership's best asset is experience. The youth must watch and listen before they can lead

I agree. In many cases, party leaders could build loyalty among younger voters simply by encouraging them to volunteer in GOTV activities and other campaign initiatives. Additionally, including some younger faces on party lists, even at the municipal level, would go a long way towards increasing younger voters' interest in politics. In Egypt, for example, 50 is young by political standards, and therefore it is difficult to convince younger voters that they have a stake in the political process.

I think by including younger voters within the party structure, leaders will have access to information on which issues are important to the youth segment of the electorate. This will help parties come up with more relevant ideas that truly resonate with voters.
